After breaking free from the shackles of the financial district, Galit made it her mission to save London from the lacklustre and unhealthy fast food options. Her edible adventure took her to over 40 countries, and through the menus of some of the most innovative restaurants in the world. She’s come back with a vengeance and loaded up with enough edible ammo to blow the lid of the foodie scene with Subusake. Healthy fresh fast food like you’ve never tasted before!

Head ChefAndrea is at the heart of the Subusake kitchen magic, making sure all the flavours stay on their best behaviour. Our star chef grew up amongst the perfect pizzas and pastas of Italy, before unleashing his passion for cooking in a number of Michelin star restaurants around the world. One of which, Osteria Francescana, was recently given a shout out by San Pellegrino, as ‘The Best Restaurant in the World’. Now we’ve got him locked up in the Subusake kitchen whipping up amazing flavour combinations and flawless fish concoctions just for you.

Sam Hiscocks
MarketingBorn and raised in London, Sam brings the city street smart to Subusake. His contagious belief for the SuBu, and ability to tap into the weird and wonderful realms of his brain made him the natural choice to lead our marketing and brand communications. He's making sure everyone has the opportunity to experience the SuBu sensation.
